7.11.2022 | Enligt en färsk utredning har högskolorna i Finland fortfarande mycket att göra när det gäller att främja jämlikheten för undervisnings- och forskningspersonalen. KOTAMO-projektet, som beställts av undervisnings- och kulturministeriet, utredde hur jämställdheten mellan könen, likabehandlingen och mångfalden inom högskolesamfunden förverkligas vid de finländska högskolorna och hur dessa kan främjas. Teaching and Learning International Survey – TALIS 2024 – is the OECD’s largest international study concerning teachers and principals/leaders. Finland is participating in TALIS for the third time. In Finland, the national implementation of the study is managed by the Finnish Institute for Educational Research at the University of Jyväskylä.
