7.11.2022 | Enligt en färsk utredning har högskolorna i Finland fortfarande mycket att göra när det gäller att främja jämlikheten för undervisnings- och forskningspersonalen. KOTAMO-projektet, som beställts av undervisnings- och kulturministeriet, utredde hur jämställdheten mellan könen, likabehandlingen och mångfalden inom högskolesamfunden förverkligas vid de finländska högskolorna och hur dessa kan främjas.
