Tekijänoikeusinfrastruktuuri tukee kansallisella, EU:n ja globaalilla tasolla tekijänoikeusjärjestelmän toimivuutta tekoälyaikakaudella muodostamalla avoin oikeuksien datakehys (ORDF). Tekijänoikeusinfran pienryhmät kokoontuvat eri kokoonpanoissa ml. työpajoissa keskustelemaan luovien alojen teos- ja tekijätietokäytäntöihin, metadataan, teknologiaan ja infrastruktuurien kehittämiseen liittyen sekä IP-oikeuksien ja datan kysymyksistä.
