Confirmed results of county and municipal elections now available online

The recount of the votes cast in the county elections and municipal elections is now complete. The confirmed results are available in the Information and Result Service of the Ministry of Justice. 

The central municipal election boards carried out the vote recount for both county and municipal elections. The county election boards have confirmed the results of the county elections in the wellbeing services counties. The central municipal election boards have confirmed the results of the municipal elections.

The terms of office of the newly elected county councils and municipal councils will begin on 1 June 2025.
