Reform of the compensation system for private copying. The rapporteur's task is to assess, among other things, possible financing options for compensation, practical implementation, the level of compensation, and the distribution and allocation of compensation to rightholders. The solution must comply with the Information Society Directive and ensure an adequate level of compensation.
