Esityksessä ehdotetaan muutettavaksi ylioppilastutkinnon järjestämisestä annettua lakia siten, että myös Deutsche Internationale Abitur -tutkinto tuottaisi samat oikeudet kuin ylioppilastutkinnon suorittaminen.
